Help Assistant Usability problem

I have been asked via email to provide plusnet with some further information on my order.

Unfortunately, whilst I can read the problem, I have no way of responding to it. There is no visible button, link or option no matter how much I dig around. I'm now resorting to this forum:

Plusnet, if you want the answer to the question you sent me (Tom Steinberg) please explain how on Earth I'm supposed to give it to you?

I've got exactly the same problem!

My question is in the status of 'awaiting your response'. Problem is I can't work out how to respond!!!
