My wife is wanting to get Plusnet in her new flat, now the flat currently has no phone line, and its getting installed in a week and a half, is it possible to setup with Plusnet now rather than having to wait another 7 days after the line is installed. Shes been given her new phone number.
Probably not as BT will reject any order given if the line does not actually exist in their database and also in BT Wholesales database. It can take several days after the line is installed for those to be updated properly as well.
You could just ring the helpdesk (number at bottom of page) and ask what the best way to do this is.
