I've seen it... i've got my stats from my modem
Attenuation (dB): 10.5 / 9
SNR Margin (dB): 33.5 / 12
on the calculator do i put in 10.5 attenuation and 33.5 SNR?

If that is your downstream or local figures then yes.

However I can tell you now you will get the max speed. Whether your USB modem can cope is another matter and I would suggest you invest in a decent router as not all USB based ADSL modems will cope with the faster speeds. I know the voyager 105 can't in some cases unless you install a patch to the driver.

Full 8Mb, with ease. My mate had comparable stats and has 14Mb on UKOnline.

No, you will be put on the new product name on your billing date. PN will at some later date put a request in to BT to change your line to MaxDSL. When this will be is anyones guess and could be up to 6 months away due to the limited number of requests PN can put through each day.

then why the hell has every plus net customer get a newsletter which says
Your product will be upgraded on your first billing date after 30th March 2006

no wonder this forum is full of confused people who dont know what the hell is going on plus.net are not exactly making life easy for anyone why cant they just give us a straight awnser to the question when will be upgraded?
And if could take up to 6 months i think i will cancel my connection then resign up should get 8mb before all existing customers
