Hi,

Having major diffs with my internet connection today (hardly news to anyone). My connection with plusnet started on Thursday and has been awful ever since. On two different routers(Netgear DG834GT/BT Voyager 2110) my DSL light turns itself off and kicks back into life again a minute later making browsing/gaming impossible. I've ran through all forms of troubleshooting for this and can determine that it's not a problem with any of my equipment.

This is when the frustration begins, can anyone tell me how to get in contact with plusnet technical support? I can't find it anywhere on the website Evil either i'm thick or they're not showing their number on purpose :?: :!:

If you begin a monthly contract with Plusnet, how soon can you get out and change ISP?
