First Class Service

I'd just like to say that Plus.net have been excellent. I decided to upgrade to broadband, and everything has happened exactly in the time frame I was told.

The only issue was getting an initial connection - but I phoned support at 9am expecting a long wait and got through very quickly. My problem was resolved in minutes and now my connection is screaming along nicely.

Its great to see some posts praising Plusnet for their service as things have been much better recently. There have indeed been many problems with its ADSL service but Plusnet have strived to sort them out and I think it has now sorted them out.
