Hi there guys. I am having some problems with my ADSL activation (BT I think) and have just got a ticket stating that the install could not be completed due to a service on the line halting the install.

I was just talking to a m8 who works for BT, and he has just checked my details and confirms that my line was ADSL activated on the 16/6/2002. Can you confirm this, as my order was resubmitted by Plusnet Customer services Late Sunday, and I think that this might have caused the error ticket.
