My exchange, Carey, was enabled according to some online broadband checkers on 13/7/05, others on 20/7/05. When checking http://188.8.131.52/broadband1/availability/exchangeDirectory.asp?filterBy=3&case1=c&case2=d&dir=D (takes a while to load)
It says Carey 20/7/05 RFS set as opposed to enabled as on most other exchanges. What does it mean?? I've looked but can find no answers. PN, after contacting BT says there is not enough capacity at my exchange for me to have broadband and to be patient. Surely an exchange cannot be deemed enabled if broadband is not actually available to potential customers! Rant over! Any idea what 'RFS set 'means again?
