Hi

I have my main email working - username@username.plus.com
but when I try to add extra mailboxes eg. ned@username.plus.com or wifesname@username.plus.com they don't work ?!

When adding them, you have to wait between 15 and 30 mins for them to become active. Your main mailbox should receive an e-mail notifying you that it has become active.

I get the notification email and I've setup outlook express correctly for the different accounts but they don't seem to receive any email?!

Are you using the correct username to login to the mailbox.

The username should be in the form username+mailbox.

So for a mailbox called james@liquidsun.plus.com, the username would be liquidsun+james

No. I quoted what the address should be in my post above.

james@liquidsun.plus.com

If you wanted this as a seperate mailbox, you create a mailbox called "james" in the e-mail settings on the portal.

Wait 15 to 30 mins for the confirmation e-mail.

You then login to this using the username "liquidsun+james"

THere should be one e-mail waiting already, saying "This is your first e-mail" and all the usual.
