Easystart questions-hardware and billing

I've recently upgraded from connect lite to broadband easystart with the usb option.
According to ADSL tracker (and an email received earlier today),my BB connection is now active.
However,on the ADSL tracker page under hardware it states that the 'order has not yet been placed'.
Does this mean that *I* have to place it or is it done automatically?
Also,although plusnet have taken payment for broadband and equipment delivery,they have additionally since billed me for a further month for connect-lite.
Is this normal?
Will I be refunded once ADSL is actually up and running?

You should have your hardware the same day as you are activated.
There has been a problem recently with orders which was mentioned in an earlier thread.

Raise a ticket with link:Contact Us and let them know whats happening.
You should only get billed for your ADSL when you have the gear and are connected.
