Early Activation

Hi All,

I have finally got a working ADSL connection (after having to have another bt line installed). My line was due to be ADSL enabled on Thursday 12th but my router is synced now and i can connect with the bt test login, however i have been trying to connect using my plus.net account but i keep getting an authentication failed error Sad I have read that it can take up to an hour for the system to activate my account but i have been trying for over 2 hours. Am i doing something wrong ?

Any advice is appreciated.
