Does not recognise username and password

I have been connected for 5 days now and still cannot log on, I can log on to the startup_domain site but nothing else. Has anyone else had this problem? I am now getting a little irritated. I have spoken to support on 2 ocassions but they do not seem to know what the problem is, BT have reactivated the line, but still no joy. Someone out there must have had the same problem. Why will it allow me to log on the startup_domain but nothing else. Does this indicated that there are no problems with my settings.

This has been passed back to BT, We are waiting for more information from them.
