Get this Plus Net Tech Support Designers.....

If I have no Broadband Connection at all then I can use a dial up 56k to get to your support pages.

But I can't use the Self Test / Raise an Issue because your system detects I'm not on with ADSL. :x

So I have to use the phone. That system asks me to leave a message but I have no confirmation that I have actually left one and that the deafening silence is just your telephone sytem gone up the spout along with your service. Sad

(Yes you have let us down plusnet - but sending me an email admitting it doesn't make it allright guys.) :shock:
