Hiya to all, I don't even bother to get in touch with customer service you never get a satisfactory answer if you get an answer.
I have been with pn for a few years but I reduced by account from 21.99 to 14.99 and since then have been troubled with disconnection,can happen any time of day.
I never get on line without having to reboot several times.
I am so fed up with it, I'm seriously thinking of moving to another service provider.
Got online this morn, got disconnected. Tried for over an hr to reconnect and phoned customer support was on for 82 mins and still no answer.
anyway it connected long enough for me to report it again and then guess what?
yeah you guessed it disconnected, I'm on the free dial up after having to register with virgin payg to get online to get the free number argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as I'd deleted the email giving me the number.
