Dabs Router Errors . . .

Dabs Router Errors . . .

Ran the Diagnostic Test and got the following:

---------------------------------------------------
Checking LAN Connection
Testing Ethernet LAN connection : PASS

Checking ADSL Connection
Testing ADSL Synchronization : PASS

Checking Circuit 0 for Network Connection
Test ATM OAM Segment Loop Back : PASS
Test ATM OAM End-to-End Loop Back : PASS
Test Ethernet connect to ATM : PASS
Test PPP Layer connection : FAIL
Test IP connect to PPP : SKIPPED
---------------------------------------------------

Anyone know why it could be FAILing at the PPP Layer bit (or indeed what this means)??

Andy

Fixed with a firmware upgrade.

Andy

I am getting the very same error, as well as the Show Time light sometimes blinking and sometimes constant (DSL line seems to go up and down!)

Did the hardware update fix your problem without any other intervention?
