I notice there's a thread that refers to ADSL problems on Wednesday, and I couldn't connect then. To be precise it's the same as tonight - I've got DATA reported on my Fujitsu control panel, and am supposedly connected, but can't contact a server either email or web. There's nothing on the service status reports. I can get in fine by dialup, so what's going wrong?
And if the live statistics page says no-one is waiting to speak to tech support, why did I wait for several minutes and then give up?
