Contact ^ us isn't working so I'll answer support Q here...

I've tried multiple times to answer your questions in response to my Ticket ID# 7307151 but when I try to submit my answer, the page just keeps looping back to the response page. So here's my answers to your Q's.......


Yes the modem (which is the internal PCI type supplied by Plus net) is losing sync. At least I'm assuming that as there were no descriptions in the paperwork that came with the modem. When connected, the red LED is permanently on but the green is flashing intermittently.

I''ve tried unplugging the telephone and I still get disconnected at between 10 and 20 minute intervals. This wasn't happening before yesterdays network problems, though.

I have just been able to post a reply to one of my open tickets without problems?

I'm on ISDN/0808 in case that makes any difference?
