Hi - I hate to try and queue jump, but can someone from PlusNet have a look at ticket 20179338.

Basically my sister went on holiday on the 12th came back was able to use it for a short period on the 19th, but after that nothing - with the modem sync light constantly blinking.

On the 16th (whilst she was on holiday) her account was moved to LLU (which was news to her!)
