Being a loayal customer with plus net, I have recently upgraded to broadband plus. For first few weeks (6 weeks) worked well with minor teething problems. Now it has suddenly stopped working! It sometimes connects Sometimes cannot connect! Error 691/718/734 occur! All passwords are right!
All BT tests are perfect! Connects straight away with the BT test username and paswords!
I have posted various posts/complaints to the customer service and it seems like nothing has been done. It has now been the upto four or five days.
You claim to be best broadband/customer service provider and have won awards for this! Now when we are stuck where is this help/support? See my tickets! for all the history of my problems!
