Anyone else having problems with Metronet Customer Service. I have had a call logged via the website for almost 4 days, with hardly any response from Metronet. My upload bandwidth, which apparently should be close to 256kbps, it sitting at between 70 and 100kbps. Unfortunately to date I have got no response at all regarding the status of my query. I am extremely disappointed with Metronet. I've been with them for over a year and to date was very happy with their level of service. Seriously considering leaving them now after this episode. Will not be recommending them in future.
