An update would be appreciated guys.

Some sort of ETA to avoid us sitting at our computers wasting time.

Is this too much to ask for?

You haven't read the latest service status message then?

You could change your preferred DNS to

213.120.62.100

...everything works fine with this.

How do I change this Mick?
According to the service status report everything has been up and running for 50 minutes now. This is not the case with my connection.

Cheers

The location will probably differ slightly depending on your operating system.
I have XP Pro and in the properties for my internet connection there is a Networking tab. After selecting this I can select properties for TCP/IP and change the DNS in there.
N/A

Changing the preferred DNS to 213.120.62.100 certainly fixes the problem, but where is this stated in Sewrvice Status ? Couldn't find any reference to this fix. Very grateful to you for your help 'though !
