Cisco and iChat

Quick question to what may be an involved answer. I have recently got a new Macbook Pro Cheesy It's great but I now want to be able to use iChat behind my NAT'ed 837 running 12.3 with the IOS FW. I have opened up the required ports, I think (5060, 5190, 5297, 5298, 5678, 16384-16403 all TCP) http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93208
I also have a static port forwarding setup to my Mac.

Here's the question (finally) if I want to run multiple mac's internally or any service that uses 5060 (SIP) then how can I do this since all the 5060 packets coming in are routed straight to 1 machine. Maybe the way round this is to request PN for a block of 4 or pref 8 internet facing ip's so that the data will go straight to where it needs to go. Is anyone out there doing anything similar. My ios knowledge is now wearing a bit thin.
TIA
