I dunno where my old message has gone but i'd like to thank the bloke who got back to me so quickly, typical BT pissing things up as normal! Anyway the line appears to be connected now (the light on my modem came on) but when I try to connect I get an authorisation failed message or something, I guess that means its not finished yet? Cheers again.

BUMP! any more word on this?? The 'Line' light has been on constantly since Thursday evening and now since Friday afternoon the 'act' light has been flashing away merrily, but when I try to connect I keep getting an 'auth. fail' message, does this mean my username/pass are setup wrong? I'm sure I put the DNS IP in correctly but nothing seems to be happening?? Cummon guys its been over 2 weeks now and were getting desperate Sad

According to BT it is not quite complete as yet. However we are expecting completion around the 15th. Which is sometime tommorow.
