hi,

i setup migration of my Orange acct to plusnet on 11th July, i supplied the MAC code, but no movement past "Checking your details" on the order tracker has taken place?

it's been 13 days, i thought i'd be setup in two weeks.

there is the possibility that i have supplied the MAC code with 1 or 2 wrong digits i.e. 1 or I, i have it written down here, though

Really sorry about this. your order for some reason appears to have become stuck. We'll get it pushed through as soon as we possibly can for you. You should get a ticket update shortly.
