hello all.

My girlfriend is on PAYG with plusnet but I'm thinking of changing her to Broadband plus (because her boyfriend 'spends all day on that bloody computer' Cheesy )

The portal says it'll cost nowt to change but I'm wondering will there be any time without connection (as in days/weeks). There should be no no speed re-grade involved as she's currently on 2mb PAYG.

Just couldn't stand being stuck without a net connection while i'm here for the week!

Nope, it's just a setting in PN's database that needs changing nowt to do with the actual connection.

Did you choose to regrade your speed at the same time?

Downgrades occur at the next billing date, and upgrades occur instantly. I'm not entirely sure which PAYG > Plus is classed as.

No, no speed changes - just payg (upto 2mb) to plus (upto2mb)
