Changing ADSL package fees

Hi, I have moved to a new place and I want to downgrade my old PN account at my mums as she doesn't need the premier.

When I went to change it, I saw this

Please note that moving between Broadband products may incur a one-off regrade fee. View the Upgrade guide for more details.

I can't find how much this is going to cost!!

Changing ADSL package fees

Hi there,

A standard downgrade incurs an admin fee of £14.99.

Changing ADSL package fees

Hi there,

It's partly because each account change has to be done manually and takes 5-20 mins depending on the complexity of it, and partly because it's a reduction in the fees you pay us each month.

PAYG

How come I need a better account to give me p2p or usenet at decent speeds and you call that a downgrade? If I was currently on PAYG I would be paying more than on Option 1. In fact I would have to pay for about 10 days each month over and above my current subscription.

Anyway I did try to 'downgrade' but it tells me I failed due to my payment details needing updating despite my paying by DD and the details being up to date? I presume you need a credit card number although the message did not say that.
