Change speed & included bandwidth

Any tried using the option "Change speed & included bandwidth" on this page http://portal.plus.net/products/broadband_home.html It doesn't seem to work - it just goes back to the product and services info page (http://portal.plus.net/info2/index.html).

you have to use the contact us for that, detailing what exactly you want. Then CS will action it.

Change my package

You may be right. You can use the "Contact Us" link to raise a ticket and get your usage change, but what is the point of the "Change my package" screen. It's a great idea to be able to upgrade and downgrade as you wish but an anoyance to have to raise a ticket each time.

I think it works if you are already on the new packages.
