Can someone explain my test results please?

My internet connection has been getting progressively worse for 4-5 weeks until now, it is only available for a short while every 48 hours or so (until today). Plusnet have been very helpful and identified that my fault is on my BT line as my PC will not connect even from the master BT socket. I have tried a new modem, splitter, rj45 etc. & nothing works. Today, suddenly the internet connected again at about 9.15am, after 48 hours of disconnection, and is still on at the moment 13.25PM. When I checked my question with all these problems on the Plusnet Help & Support site, they said that they will refer my problem to BT. Plusnet sent me the results of some test they had done at some point and I wonder if anyone can explain it to me or whether they can spot a fault there which has prompted them to contact BT for me.

The results are:-

Lots of views, but no replies. Does that mean that everyone else is in the dark as much as I am?

This fault has been raised as a fault to BT by the looks of it.

These, really, are more for our reference and BT's to enable us to monitor your line stats. You don't really need to worry too much about them.

They give us your line speeds and error counts, as well as the noise on your line etc...
