But I'm doing a speed test obn the site has given by one of the support team in an earlier post. Can someone tell me what the advertised speed is?

Have you tried this speed test:

http://speed-test.plus.net.uk/

The results should be around the 512 kb/sec mark.

Erm, yes, but..... isn't this the speed between The PlusNet site and the PlusNet client? This is generally as good as it gets. The problems start after the signal leaves the site!

Yes, it is a internal speed test but it ius very good due to the unlimited bandwidth that has been assigned to it.

On the other hand, we do acknowledge connection problems as has been stated in our service status announcements and which will be udated shortly.

At the momen I would say that it highly likely the issue will be associated with the ongoing connection issue that we still have under investigation.
