I dont know how many of you call plusnet support, but in my experience it is getting worse and worse. I have noticed that over the past year and a half that the time to get an answer has rised from about 10 to 15 mins, to over an hour in some curcumstances. For example, right now, I am on the Phone to them, listening to "Sorry for the Delay", for 62 mins!!!!
They are getting as bad as BT, which is very very sad, considering they are quite a good ISP.
