Buggy fault tester?

Just been reading through one of my open tickets and this one dawned on me again:

Quote
The results of our tests show no fault with your broadband connection. Completed speed tests show that your connection speed is: none found

According to BT, this speed is within the limits of acceptable performance for broadband service.

How come the reported speed is "none found" - is there bugs in there somewhere? I can't help but giggle at the fact that according to BT a lack of any speed is acceptable performance though ;p

Buggy fault tester?

This normally happens when the speed test results have not been logged by BT.

We are looking at changing the text pretty soon so that it is clearer to understand for customers.
