Hi there.

Try your logon details for BT and see if it works. If it doesnt then you can pop back on to PN.

Sometimes there is an overlap and you have the ability to connect to two different ISP, though not at the same time.

It shouldnt present any problems.

Good luck with BT Smiley

Why don't you give both a call and fnd out what is going on? Maybe all you need to do it is to is to enter the new login name and password BT gave you.

You dont even need a username and password - your phone number is unique to you so they use that.
For wirelss, if you look on the back of the Home Hub, you'll see the SSID and WAP key you need to set up your wireless device.

The wireless laptop\ PC\ PDA should pick up the SSID anyway and you will be prompted for the key.

However, there is a twist. It defaults to Channel 1, which will interfere with anything so you probably will not even see the SSID. Try changing it on the router to something like 10, 11 or 12.
To do that you need to go into the roure by typing the following address into your router:

bthomehub.home

Click Adnvanced, then continue to advanced.

Click on switch user

the username is admin and so is the password.

Click on Home Network then interfaces.

Click on WLAN Homehub (to the right).

Click on configure (at the top)

Set the channel to what you want.

remember to "Apply"

No need to change any channels on your wireless device - it will pick it up.

Afetr changing the channel, I suggest you reboot the other wireless device.

It should pick up the BT SSID and you will only need to enter the key once.

HTH
