Metronet suspended by broadband with no notice because payment failed. It failed because my debit card was stolen and the payment was due just before my new card arrived! They didn't even send an email warning. I tried for 5 days to get through on the phone and only managed it at 6.30 am! An email was sent (which I checked from work) to tell my me service had been re-connected and now it won't work! The wireless router settings are OK, the phone line is OK - what do I do Metronet are going to send me a text message in 48-72 hours if they can find out any more - I won't hold my breath. Any ideas what else I should be doing?
