Hi, If anyone from Plusnet reads this can that person advise me what I should do to correct a mistake I made in my Broadband move to new premises? I entered my new door number as "69" instead of "65". Help! :!:

If you visit Help&Support and view your current tickets / queries, you should be able to ammend / update the current ticket relating to your move.

I tried that earlier but there aren't any open tickets there. I have, however, received confirmation via e-mail that the wheel are in motion. What do I do? It's impossible to get through on the help line.

For info, as long as the CLI (your phone number) and post code match up there shouldnt be a problem, however it has been amended.
