Am I the only one who is being been ignored by Plus.net?
I've been without any broadband for 8 days now. My router is showing a green light for the ADSL-sync, but when I log into the router, it shows a service provider error.
What makes it worse is that my fault report ticket has been unanswered for 6 days. Also, I've tried phoning the support line, but have not been able to get through to anyone yet. I've even tried the premium support line, but no-one picks up the phone.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem? If so, what is the resolution?
