My broadband has recently slowed to 100kps since my "upgrade" to option 3. I raised a question and was advised to proceed via faults checker to provide further details.
This gets to me to a fault currently open red apostrophe box with my only option to cancel checks (but i have an ongoing question about delivery of new router). I thus am unable to further report on my current problem. The current fault reporting is very confusing. Please help.
