I have been advised that I am going to receive a one month refund because of slow download speed. You also indicate that this problem has been resolved; or, that peak times have been improved. This is not really the case! Because I have been having problems I usually check my download speed when I first turn my computer on. My speed checks indicate; 355 Kbps using MPSpeedPC, 565Kbps using Broadband Max..co.uk, and 429 Kbps using Dan Elwell's BBST. When I went back to my email I received to you and clicked on the link it indicated that the supplier was reporting that my download speed was 7500Kbps. I have never approached this speed before at anytime. My usual speed during non-peak hours is approximately 3000bps which is probably OK. However, the very low speed I am getting at busier times isn't really good enough. Please let me know what the problem is! When I test my speeds to the USA my speeds are also a lot slower even at not very busy times of the day..
