Belkin Router Setup

I'm really struggling with this, my two previous routers didn't have any issues at all.

Is the connection PPPoE or PPPoA. Also is the encapsulation LLX or the other one with a multiplexer?

I've tried looking for the settings on both the site and this forum, but it's hurting my head. Cry

PPPoA and VC based.

Is that the Belkin router that is so easy because it sets itself up automatically?

There'll be a guide to setting it up on Google.

It worked with that configuration initially for about five to ten minutes and its since refused to reconnect. Hmmm....

I'm at work at the moment, but when I get home I'll try and do it again.

That didn't work. It's a F5D7632UK4A. I've found a bit more information on here, to take back with me and try again.

If all else fails I guess I could spend the evening on the phone again trying to get through to customer care.

Or there might be a solution on the belkin forum.

I've only just realised that Belkin products have a lifetime warranty, so I've asked them to replaced the F5D7630-4A that I had previously and the F5D7632uk4A replacement will be returned tomorrow.

Seems like a good result all round.
