Bandwidth Over Limit

Went over my bandwidth limit - How does this occur? How can it be avoided?

Bandwidth Over Limit

A short and non helpfull answer would be :

Don't use the internet

Sorry could not help it Smiley

Now the helpfull answer:

You will need to look at what you use on the internet? Do you use any P2P (file sharing) apps? Steaming audio/video? etc

Also this month the Windows XP SP2 is out. If you have you PC to auto download updates - I believe is a a big file -100Meg-ish?

And it you have more than on computer connected to the internet - things can start to add up.

How much did you go over by? and whats you limit?

Phil
