BT upgrades its broadband to 2Mbps as standard.
BT is upgrading its broadband customers to 2Mbps, free of charge.
All Broadband Basic subscribers should notice the new speed by today, while new customers will receive it as standard.

.......So here at +Net we still wait !........I am sure that BT doing this is against OFtel rules isn't it....favouring their own over other wholesale customers?

I would be intrested to here from +Net about this. I am still waiting for 2MB here

You only found out about that today?

I think BT retail - or whatever they call themselves may have paid wholesale for the queue jumps after all with such a poor reputation they can't have that many customers..... Tongue

I quick suggestion, don't be blinded by the fast speed and cheap prices.

Do a little research on any company you look to take service off.

One good source of information is the indepenant website, ADSL Guide.

Bulldog are not rated the highest by their customers.

What level of CS will you give? Perhaps a ticket system that you get a reply from within 60 mins or so?
How about clear T&C's and giving us 30 days notice of any changes that may affect our usage?
How about sticking to what has been said and offrered (as in clear no restriction access at the bandwidth we have been given)?
How about keeping us up to dtae with new products and changing our billing automatically if a new product that is similar comes online?

Are theses the questions we should be askingHuh?Huh
