BT side of order complete, much longer to wait?

Hello,

I logged into my residential account at BT.com to check their part of the ADSL order and it states it's been completed as of 23rd July (last Weds). This was the expected date of completion by BT, which PlusNet was also aware of as I've been told in a previous support ticket.

I checked my ADSL Tracker page and it still states it is waiting on BT for completion.

Do I have to wait much longer for PlusNet to acknowledge that BT has finished their bit?

If you are conserned that your DSL line is activated and BT have acknowledged that, yet +Net have not taken action (lost information or BT have made proper notification), then you should raise a link:contact us ticket.

PlusNet may be waiting for BT to tell them that they have finished? May be worth posting a ticket via Contact Us?

took about 4 days for my hardware to come after line activation, not long to wait really Smiley
