I have just switched to Plusnet after being with Wanadoo/orange for the last two years as they were unable to fix why I lost my internet connection two weeks ago. However plusnet now say that they cannot connect me to broadband as the line check came back with BT errors. I have had a line check done last week and again just now by BT who say there is no fault on my line. Has anyone else had the same problem or know how it can be fixed? I know from the orange forum that lots of people had the same fault as me with Orange so I was hoping it was their error not my line.
