BT conspiracy

I'm sure BT are deliberately delaying the processing of Plus.net customers ADSL, in order to satisfy their own BT Openworld customers first.. Why of course!!

Can't Plus.net do anything to speed up BT's activation of ADSL for their users?

How long have you been waiting to be activated? I'm still waiting after almost a month. Ordered mine on 21st April.

Dear Netstorm

Checking with BT, they believe that the number you gave was incorrect.

Can you go to the portal and raise a contact us response with the correct dial up number. Can you also go to my connection and check that the cli number you have given is the correct one.

As soon as you raise the contact us we will try your order again.

I am not the happiest bunny, as you can quite imagine. It's funny how BT don't know which number they've given me, all they need to do is check my account. Think I'll give them a call :kill:

are you sure you line hasnt be activated.

as i told plus.net when my line was so they could activate my acount.
