If you have read my any posts, you will all know that I have some problem with my speed. Well I pay my £14.99 a month and not a happy chappy over how long this is taking to be resolved. So I would like details on any of these three items:
1) BT number of problems with my exchange to find out what is going on.
2) Plus.Net formal complaint procedure.
3) Name and telephone number of someone high enough in Plus.Net who can sort out this mess.
