Auto Connect

There was recent correspondence about auto connecting to Plus Net when you power up your PC. One particular solution proposed was to use the RasDial function I have tried this without success. I created a batch file and ran it, but no go. Is it to do with the OS as rasdial looks for the phone number in different places. I have Connexant USB and Win98.
Any ideas?

RE: Auto Connect

Hi, the functin is in Dial Up Networking and in the menu bar that runs along the top of the directory. The option to chose is settings and then advanved.

Best Regards,

Dave Watson.

Thanks for the reply.
I'm not sure what I am looking for!
I've looked in My Computer>Dial Up Networking>Connections>Settings, but cannot find advanced tab or button.
Am I looking in the right place?
