How the heck do you ask a question in the Help & Support
I cant find an option to ask a direct question.
My question is: What does this mean-posted on progress of my order:

We can't yet tell you if your broadband activation was completed on:
22nd Jul 2006 - After 12pm
If you don't get an update after 24 hours you should tell our Help Assistant.

Asking a question

Follow this route through the Help Assistant:

Sales & Orders -> Broadband Orders -> Track the Progress of a Broadband Order

Wait for the new window to fully load and then close the window. You should now see the option to "Alternatively, ask your question to the Support Team". Click on the link and you should then be able to ask your question in the box provided.
