Are you ripping the **** Plusnet???

I've just done several speed tests, both at adsl guide and at plusnet's own speedtester. Can anyone at plusnet explain why my connection is only a quarter of what it was yesterday? I've only used about 3.8 gb at what you laughingly call "Peak Time" (yeah, all day every day) and yet i appear to be being "traffic shaped".
The first ten months i was with plusnet were bliss, good speed, good customer service, good price. Now you seem to be wanting to shave as much as you can off me....Well to hell with that. I've never liked the idea of paying for a service i was afraid to use and this is how it has become.
Well if you wanted to get rid of yet another customer then you've got your wish! I'll be applying for a MAC key in the morning.
You can't expect me to pay for a 2mb account and only get a 512 can you?
Wake up and smell the coffee plusnet, you're commiting business suicide with your new attitude!

Have you checked whether there are any known contention issues at your exchange using the Exchange Status Checker at http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/? You should also try using the BT speed test facility when you are experiencing speed issues - details of how to do this can be found at http://usertools.plus.net/tutorials/id/27.

I appreciate the links but i have enough evidence of unfair treatment to start looking elsewhere. I mean for god's sake, it's a bit transparent when independent speed checkers all log me as slow and plusnet's comes out at 1.91 EVERY TIME yet just loading up google can take 10-15 seconds.
I know which results i'll believe!
