Apple Airport Base Station & Router/ADSL Connection

I've just got the e-mail saying my line is now broadband ready, and my router is on it's way. However, there's a bit in the e-mail that says that PPPoE isn't supported and I have to use PPPoA.

I wish I'd known that earlier. My base station doesn't support PPPoA. Sad

Has anyone used an Apple Airport base station (Graphite) in conjunction with +nets router pack successfully ?

If so, would you mind sharing how you went about setting up the connection ?

Thanks!

Don't worry about PPPoA

I have a Vigor 2600 and Airport Basestation (Snow), but the principle is the same.

Connect the router to the WAN port. Disable the DHCP server on the Airport and tell it to get its IP address using DHCP (or give it a static address). Your router will then act as a DHCP server, dishing out a suitable address for both your Airport Basestation and your computer.

It doesn't matter what PPP protocols the Airport supports as it's not the device that's talking to the Internet.
