Apology

I have to apologize to the Plusnet tech support as I couldn't believe I had the same speed and disconnect problems with a second,brand new,router but I did.I was rather rude in my Support messages but replacing the router again seems to have solved it.Mind you the old one was stable for a while so I mght be back on,but I'll check out the router first then try and find out why they keep failing.

I'm sure they won't mind too much! They're human too, and they are just as likely as the rest of us to go off at the deep end in error every now and then!

I'm sure they'll be pleased to know your problem is sorted now. :lol:
