Anyone in the Olney area having problems?

Haven't been able to get a broadband connection since Friday evening. Router (Netgear DG834PN) syncs with the local exchange, but no end to end connection with Plusnet. The BT test login doesn't work either.

Any Plusnet users in my part of the world also experiencing problems?

Tried rebooting your router? Tried powering down your router for a period of 60 mins? If not try these. If you have or after you have tried these, give the faults line a call on 0845 140 0080 and see what they say.

Thanks for your response. I've tried rebooting the router several times without luck, but I haven't tried powering down for >60mins (the PN broadband fault checker wanted it to be left on for line checks) - I'll give that a go this evening.

Tried your suggestion of powering off for an hour - and it worked!! The irony is that I normally switch off overnight anyway, so I could have been up and running again yesterday if I hadn't left everything on so that the fault checker could do its stuff. Sod's Law in action... Sad
