Can now access ok; speed not great, but at least I'm connected.
Suspect +net have rolled back to pre-cockup state. If so, might be nice if they said so.
Also STRONGLY recommend in future that they implement some form of User Acceptance Test with a geographic/class of use cross section of us poor suckers who are paying for this 'service'(maybe only 50-60 users). There are enough of us to form a UAT panel to help avoid this sort of cock-up in future.
Also.....when major changes are made, +net reallly must have a viable fall-back plan that they can implement FAST when things go wrong (as they will from time to time).
I run a complex projects/change management consultancy and I wouldn't dream of risking my client's respect and goodwill with this sort of performance. First principles of effective change management are non-existent. If I delivered results like this, I'd go out of business fast.
